Services. Mattos Mobile Notary provides Loan Signing Service, Loan Document Notarization, Refinance Document Notarization, Business Notary Service, Affidavit Notary Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://mattosmobilenotary.com is the property of Mattos Mobile Notary or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
End of Use. Mattos Mobile Notary may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Mattos Mobile Notary disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Mattos Mobile Notary's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Mattos Mobile Notary harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under CA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in CA for any related dispute.
